Unused items in original packaging can be returned for a full refund for 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping costs in both directions will NOT be refunded.
After 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging ,we will give a store credit with a 25% restocking fee.
Defective items:
We follow the manufacturers policies for defective items. If the customer believes that an item is defective, please contact us at baspartsteam@verizon.net with a description of the problem along with applicable images. We will advise you based on the item what the correct course of action is to take. Rest assured, if there is a true defect we will either send you a replacement or reimburse you for the purchase along with shipping costs.
